The government has enough departments to take care of the cleanliness, hygiene and other administration systems. There are enough staff also. But many of them do not do their duties properly and make everyone accountable. Tighten the rules and discipline the administration. This would yield results. If there is a job, without a valid reason the job should not be postponed for the next day and should be done on the same day. This should be applicable for everyone.
