The issues of Drugs increased during last 10 years revealed 1. Movie Field 2. Colleges and even Schools recently 3. Corporate Offices. It was all the times found that Drugs are getting imported/brought illegally by mostly Nigerians/ Netherlands. Astonishingly , all the cases had been in Deep Freeze like the issues of Liquor . Many Cases are held in Policing itself while very rare cases referred to courts . This has become a continuous practice like the issues of Counterfeit Medicines that do not work in most cases. more

1. Comedians are speaking in drama, theatre, plays, stand up comedy and improvs about casual consumption of 'drugs- as a way to avoid being caught by police during Saturday night, as the alcohol meter does not catch drug consumption'. 2. The bandobust by police to test vehicle riders / car drivers testing for alcohol in breath using the alcohol meters is now having a catastrophic boomerang effect. 2.a. Check blood for drug consumption - 'cancel licenses of drug users'. 2.b. Reduce / limit checks on road for people to catch drivers who may have consumed alcohol. It is expensive for the police department. These drivers are no more using main roads to go home. They instead use Google Maps, by taking alternate routes. 3. Hold the comedians from speaking casually in their live / stage performances - they have to use a disclaimer, if there is a mention of drugs / liquor / crime on stage / movies. Same applies for any crime - people must not commit crime, as ex-convicts do not have a life. 'Advertise' on radios. more

Drugs are certainly smuggled in in collaboration with the BSF and the Police, who get hefty amount as bribe from the drug peddlers. Drug peddlers can't function without involvement of police, who have knowledge of every movement of the anti-socials, drug smugglers & peddlers, drug users as also the places of availability of drugs. Little publicity is made against use of drugs and its aftermath as being done against smoking. Drugs are sold among the students just in front of colleges & universities and it is unbelievable that the police is unaware of it. more

The series of news, often given in the " Daily News papers" crystallize the subject matter as follows. A. Organized drug mafia is involved & is behind the curtain B) Influential citizens from politics & business are involved in the racket( Artists of cinema field are involved as per the arrests made in number of incidents @ Hyderabad.) C) Bureaucracy including some police officers are hand in glove( Some time back one police officer was arrested in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh state). Higher level offenders are smiling with confidence, as age old rules & laws framed by British will save them. more
