The mess and carelessness at IGi airport today

Thats true. The airport authorities donot understand the meaning of social distancing. They couldn’t be bothered
They ideally should have firstly ensured that there ate enough officers working at the immigration and not just 2-3 today. So that the passengers wouldn’t have had to stick with each other increasing the chances of catching the disease
Secondly they should have segregated the symptomatic from the asymptotic and worked accordingly
The passengers who had travelled for 18-20 hr long journeys were neither offered food and water nor sanitizers and masks which was the protocol of the airport authority
Inhuman and inefficient behavior on the part of the officers and government
If this continues till 22 nd midnight its for sure there will be more covid -19 cases and our government and igi authority would be the one to be blamed
They are allowing the mix up of passengers from affected and less affected countries which is so not acceptable. more

Pathetic is that trainers need to be trained first before they can train the trainees.... more
Yes, it's true. We plan everything hurriedly without much preparation, hence we get stuck once we initiate an action. Over burdened staff members get irritated when they are forced to work extra time. It's a mismanagement, we should discipline ourselves first. more
I also urge upon airport authorities and staff to implement strictest of protocols for screening at the airport and let no infected person enter the city except for the isolation units. If anyone is unhappy with time taken and feels inconvenienced he/ she may stay home. We don't pay taxes to services high headed arrogant defiant disobedient people. more
Self discipline is the need of the hour. Let's all stay home. Defiant dumbness needs to be ignored. I ignore such complainant. more
Dear Vandana-ji, We the humble citizens and residents of India will keep improving our behavior since we are lively and self-correcting organisms. However, please understand that it is the travelers especially the overseas travelers who have put us poor people, even those of us who earn our livelihood as scavengers and daily laborers at risk of death and illness. I hope you were charged a fee for being tested at the airport and will kindly desist from travel and other anti-social behavior. In case you arrived at the airport as a missionary to help us poor people with your medical and scientific skills, I again apologize on behalf of my fellow residents and citizens and the airport staff. Warm regards, Naresh Khanna more
