I do not agree.If Sarkar would have posted lewd comments on social media of common man 's wife , then the common man would have approached Police who would have meted out similar treatment. DM has done exactly that.Nothing wrong more

When the law protectors take the law into their own hands, they should be given exemplary punishment for keeping faith of others into law. More so, the DM was adjudged as one of the ten best IAS officers. I am doubting the procedure of such selection. more

Should we wait for 20+ years to get the final justice or an action which can sent a shock wave to all that one must not cross the 'Laxman Rekha' in a free democracy. Mr. Nirmal wanted to do that. more

While I condemn the DM's behaviour but why do you have to call any woman ugly, no matter how ugly she is. Beauty or ugliness is not in the hands of a person - it is bestowed on us by that Power which runs the whole universe. hence, you should not fell proud of your own beauty or tease others for their ugliness, colour, caste or any other handicap. It shows lack of decency on the part of the person who uttered those disparaging words to the woman. I hope he too has learnt his lesson. more
