Services provided by reservation clerk, facilities and stationery cast is included in the ticket when we book a ticket from railway counter. But when we book a ticket online non of the above facilities are utilized and pay more for way of online reservation charges. I do not know why these are made whereas we are utilizing our services and stationery for booking. more
Lalu just made fool of us.so many charges were introduced from back door which most of the public either did not remember or knew. more whether it is railway or any other organization ,it needs money to run efficiently. citizens of evrry country have to bea the cost of services which avail of either directly or indirectly. every service can not be provided free of cost or on subsidized rates because ultimately every service being provided by govt or PSU has to be funded by Govt and indirectly by taxpayer of the country. Premium Tatkal is better than purchasing ticket through broker. more
THIS IS TOTALLY INJUSTICE FOR COMMON MAN. NEEDS TO BE DISCONTINUED. REASON FOR INTRODUCING IS NOT UNDERSTOOD. TAUT REASONS IS ENCOURAGING - WHY RAILWAY OFFICIALS ARE NOT DOING SOME THING BETTER TO TAUT FREE RAILWAY TICKETS BOOKING. more
THERE SHOULD BE NO TATKAL IN PREMIUM TRAINS more
no one can justify premium tatkal, where as Tatkal may be justified as they are needed for business community, who are also aam admi and who are generating revenues for running the country, and who needs to travel in short notice. where as premium tatkal is nothing but doing business with public, that can be avoided. more
