The repulsive behaviour of BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch employees to OPEN NEW ACCOUNT
Today evening, I just went to enquire about the KYC details to open an Account in BARODA BANK, Karadiya Branch, VARODARA, Gujarat.
The bank working hours were over and the door of the particular BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch was still open with no security guards standing.
I wanted to just enquire about the details to open an Account with BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch, that branch of BARODA BANK being nearest to my residence.
It's very surprising to FIND, that, the BARODA BANK employees are answering the Walk In Queries in such a way, so that, the customers feel like not visiting their BANK again.
Though the female employees wanted to answer my Inquiries ,the male employees of BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch, tried their Level Best that I does not open an Account there.
I am also now thinking about that whether that BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch will actually be the RIGHT BANK to open a New Account or NOT.
So why are those employees of BARODA BANK KARADIYA Branch against their own BANK?
Though they were polite enough, it seems that they are not CUSTOMER Centric.
Or was that some new MARKETING STRATEGY of BARODA BANK?
The BARODA BANK management should actually FIND the details.
During Diwali season Banks should remain open in SATURDAY also.

Now a days many employees of PSBs are disheartened due to the present circumstances and work pressure on an individual. Govt. should make attempt to rebuild capacity and boost the morale of the employees again to sustain in the competitive market. It's true all of us have some bad experience in recent times. more

Debolina Ji, you should have tagged Chief Nodal Officer(Grievance) of BOB in the sharing. I am sure they would clean the Branch of the Kachra an make Karadiya Branch garbage free. more
