1. Tribulus terrestris (Botanical name) Gokshura (Ayurveda) Nerunjil (Siddha) Seeds contain thorns. commonly found in countryside. We require seeds.
2. Hemidesmus indicus (Botanical name) Ananthamoola (Ayurveda) Nannari (Siddha) Commonly used in sharbat. We require roots.
3. Aerva lanata (Botanical name) Astmabayda (Ayurveda) Siru peelai (Siddha) Small plant with white fluffy flowers used on Shankranti Day along with Neem leaves and Aavarike flowers. We require the Astmabayda only whole plant.
You can get all three from country drug stores as dry herbs or powder. Take equal quantity of all three powders, mix well and store. Take two teaspoon full Choornam (mixed powders) add 400 ml water and boil till reduced to 200 ml. Filter or decant and drink. Three times per day after food. Drink plenty of water.
Avoid grapes, oranges and sour fruits. Reduce exposure to sunlight and keep cool.
The stone will dissolve and when becomes small enough will come out with urine. Take a scan or test after 15 days. If still small pieces are present continue drinking the decoction and take a test after 15 days. No need for surgery or shooting.
