There is lot of Harassment for Corruption to MSME Companies. Please take note of following points.
> Mostly MSME companies are run by One Man Show.
> Same one person have to look after Marketing, Purchasing and Production with limited staff.
> Same person has to look after Harassment by Government encouraged "License Raj" and "Inspector Raj"
> Following are few Government department who are involved in Harassment to MSME sector.
(1) Local Municipal Corporation. No. of formalities by introducing "Licenses" by State Government. These Licenses are in existence for Corruption only.
(1A) Local Body Tax Department
(2) Central and State Government Labor department.
(3) State Government Electrical Inspection Department
(4) State Government Sales tax Department
(5) State Government Professional Tax Department.
(6) Central Government Income Tax Department
(7) Local goons for their Hafata
MSME Companies have to bear all harassment from above department and than one day he thinks to wind up business for getting relief from Corruption by Harassment!
This is the main hurdle in India for " Make in India" more

Government should take some positive steps to eradicate corruption to avoid harassment to public. Government should call for suggestion from the public on particular topic. All suggestion should thoroughly studied and discussed and if found suggestion useful that must be adopted to remove the rotten system. Let it be if the Government is needed to remove the corrupt officer from the scene. I favour exemplary and stern action against any kind of default if prima facie it is felt that it is a deliberate wilful act on his part. They should terminated immediately howsoever he may be an important man. There is no dearth of honest people in the country but only dishonest people come on the forefront and honest people are lagged behind. Lobbying in the Government is another part of dishonesty. Those who are nearer to the officer or Minister they get success in getting in gaining useful part of the Government. Let us fight both in side and outside. Ram Yadav more

It is not for the GODS but for the society and people at large who have to change, what we all are not realizing is that though the government have changed what has not changed is the people who work at all levels may it be the lowest to the highest and they are the ones who are the bearers of corruption. No one is concentrating on the actual crime doers i.e the people who take bribes and who give bribes. would like to ask one and all have anyone of us changed?? we are just blaming each other, we can even see AAP and its leaders they are focusing only on government leaders and not the people that is themselves and us all. NO ONE is concentrated on this gone all wrong ASSET i.e citizens of this country, we all need to change first. more

Sometime dangerous diseases are cured by mere smell of a medicine. Look how Drug and food department has caught the responsible network for selling stent at exorbitant price . This dept was there but Govt was different. more
