Very correct observation but who will implement this ? If the Opposition becomes Strong there will be more Political conflict and Violence in West Bengal, This has become the practice in the State since long time and being followed by all Political Parties to grab the Power, more

It is a very near nice thought but in reality nothing will be implemented. Almost all political parties and their leaders are used to imply the Election for their gateway of success and people are ladder. Hardly you will find that after elected Leaders will keep their promises which they had made during election campaign but we the people of India habitually forget all these and again fighting for our beloved leaders and make sure that our leader should win at any cost may be the cost of other's life. Probably it's called democracy or defination may be changed by some constitutional expert. more
