First and foremost thing is to refrain from all kinds of sugars, specially white sugar. Make your body alkaline. Grate whole lemon including rind, boil it with a liter of water and a quarter teaspoon of sendha salt. Let it come to room temperature. It can be consumed in small installments within 24 hrs. more
