Every normal person when they are aged will face health problems that too police who face problems every day will surely get health problems. If the police fail in routine physical fitness test will raise a problem as faced by the military people whose retirement age is 35. Instead placement of police after 40 can be for office works and youngsters can be given chance for outer works.
If filing of FIR is made easy then many people life will be in trouble as that will create a black mark.
Best military people with ability to handle the critical situation can be given traffic police job instead of giving them pension. This will avoid double salary and well trained police will be placed to track the vehicles in posts. more

Along with that the working hours to be reduced and rotational shift with 5 days working to be introduced to police personnel irrespective of the position or post. more

In cinemas, It is being shown that their will be transfer for the police who are strict. Is that one of the reason for the police stress. If so how politicians can get transfer to a police?? Their will be a channel which looks after the transfers of the police. If unnecessary transfers are done whether the officer who transfer will not be questioned???? the action will not be taken against them?? or it is shown in the cinemas like that??? more

Really none is realizing the risks behind the Police of Law & Order and , the Traffic ; Job ; Bus Drivers & Conductors ; Train Drivers ; Electrical Sub-station Staff etc., out of all ; only police and bus drivers get through serious illness & carry poor health . more
