Consumer redressal forum have limited POWERS . In my case court issued order to opponant to pay my claim . But he ignored it . Then I approched court. Court sent order to collet amount to Dist.Collector . Collectoer forwarded to Tehsildar. But no action . Again I approched Forum . Forum sent summons through area incharge Police ASI ... It took nearby 7 years but still panding. more
