First of all I never understood how can railway make side births smaller and these are also closed from both sides. So a taller person really cannot adjust into it and this is a torthre the whole night! If they cannot make these births longer than railway has no right to sell these at same price as other births! It is also ridiculous that railway sells the RAC seats at the same price as full births. Either get rid of Tatkal tickets which is nothing but like selling in black or give choice selecting seats / births to justify the higher price . Will the govt allow to sell the cinema tickets at higher price yo the persons who reach window at last moment as Tatkal tickets? more

I agree.Tatkal passengers must be given more comfortable berth.Railways must become proactive instead of waiting for complaints.when tatkal qotas are set aside it shouldn't be difficult to earmark specified berrhs for this purpose more

I am Senior citizen - 75years old. Whenever I book Rly tickets online, I am invariably given upper berths. My wife has knee replacement and unable to climb yet we are given upper berths which are normally given upper berths inspite of requesting lower berths that too side berths which are normally given to RAC passengers. Will Raiway look into the matter? Secondly at Andheri railway station there are only two counter for refining smart card but mostly only one counter is open.
