This is in connection of an icici policy. I have two prior policies. I got a phone call from commission department of icici bank asking me for commission and bonus amounting to 97000/- could be credited to my account if I can invest 40000₹ in government security which will be return to me after 12 months with a interest of 12000₹, but as to punish their Agents who sold me probiotics policies and not given me any service, I should not contect to my branch unless the agent will came to know that the commission and bonus is disbursing to me instead of him. And for the amount which I am paying in a shape of crossed cheque in the name of bank, I will get a policy for seven years premium but I do not have to worry as I have to inform them my policy no. Which they will cancelle and deposit my money in GSF( govt security fund) and I will get a letter of confirmation after three months.
Nothing is paid to me even after approx two years and now bank is pressuring me to pay another two premium with a hues fine or informing me for the laps of policy
I approached to abdomens also and informed about the phone call recordings with teli phone numbers, they are telling me to go through the conditions of policy and phone-numbers are personal and they can not help me.
I even asked them to let me know the person whomever the paid the commission for saleing me this policy they replied it is not possible. more

Dear Mr. S. K. Vitamin Good evening. According to your advice I have submitted all available documents regarding fraudulently ICICI policy sold to me to Bima Lokpal at Bangalore whose mail I could get after directly approached to the Director C. Kochar through Tweeter unless I was over listens by the bank and policy dpt. now after submitting all documents still I won't get receipt of the mail as confirmation. What next? Regards Manmohan more

Dear Mr. Manmohan, What I could understand from the post seems to be either mis-selling or even looks to be fraudulent transactions. I would request you to kindly list down sequence of the events or if convenient may like to meet me for a better understanding of the issue for an appropriate advise in the matter. One need to study the policy also. In case you are feeling that someone has done a fraud with you, one has to complain to the police. I would be able to guide you once you meet me in person with all the documents. more
