This is the right time for Noida authority , to demolish in-authorise Juggies , located in various sector . Like Sector 8 , Sector 9 & 10, all jhugies are , damaging the beauty of Noida . I am not against jhugies , my point is , make multistory building for those and make the city jhuggi free . more

It is easy to buy land from villagers but very difficult to help by development Lal Dora land of village. Boundary of individuals land depends on his occupied area which continues generation after generation and keep dividing among the heirs. In can be developed by mutual cooperation and not by spoon feeding more

In my opinion Noida Authority, which buys land from these villagers, should first develop these villages by providing roads, toilets, dispensaries and schools etc along with the development of other areas of Noida. This will inclusive development of the area and Noida will become one of the best city in India. more

It may be that many of these jhuggies may be on LAL_DORA Land. Not much can be done bu authorities unless the Rules relating to Lal-Dora lands are changed. more

in Sector 122 , a housing society developed by Noida and the flats are ready, but due to political pressure the shifting is not taking place, because only 30-40% people can be accommodated there. And the list made by noida is , for those who were close to any local leader or the name in that list belongs to Political people. more

These juggles might be providing cheap living for servant force in Noida but it is mean for corruption also . There are agencies collecting contribution and misusing the funds collected by police, local Gundappa on behalf of politicians. Let us go far clean and authorised living for this population more
