Thomas Cook not refunding my money, unnecessary charging charges and hold money for the last 7 month

This time Thomas Cook is unnecessary charging the cancellation fees Rs 5000. And some GST CHARGES

3. They have already blocked my money for the last 3 months. Even after number of follow up they hardly revert back to me.

Now they are saying after 4 months that they will provide money again after three months.They wanted to block my money for 7 months and will charge the cancellation fees AND GST also.Amount is Rs84000

As Thomas Cook thinks that money with them and can do anything and no one can stop them.

What is the transaction, it is not clear from your post. Please give a small narration. more  
You are in Delhi. I know people who take "quotation" to get the money back though unlawful methods. They have an a-la-carte menu. Let me check with the local "collection agents" if they have a network in Delhi. They usually break couple of bones or make him eligible for "differently abled" pension for the rest of their life. I beg your pardon Mr.Mohandas. more  
Dear Suman, You have teach them a lesson by filing a petition in appropriate Consumer Forum. I did teach a lesson to a trader for charging extra while swiping a debit card. You too can try the same. more  
...now a days..this is a common problem! All tour operators are facing liquidity crisis hence they offer postponement of the tour plan for 1 year(if you have booked a tour)..in that case you should accept this offer,else tighten up your sleeves to fight a long consumer battle! more
