Though there is some difference as per as cleanliness and safety is concerned, booking during this season and non confirmation of waitlisted tickets are very poor. There is always some break down for few seconds in system @8, 10 & 11 AM . What is the reason? I tried 7 days for Tatkal ticket without success. Who is getting Tatkal tickets, only RICTC can answer. Dalals are always ready to sale these tickets at triple rate. How their system works and ours does not? Rail Minister does not have time to reply these questions. more

Railway should block the site, which is used on Daily basis, only this way ordinary citizen can book the tickets online during TATKAL BOOKING. These DALALS use various system to book , track those IP and block, if IRCTC really wants to help people. more

Yes, failure of IRCTC booking site in nick of the moment in peak seasons is rampant. 1. IRCTC need to improve the performance of the booking system 2. Facility to keep pre-filled forms should be available, which can just be uploaded when the booking opens (similar to manual booking at counters where the passenger hands over the pre-filled form) 3. Filling Credit/Debit card details takes quite some time. Hence Card detail saving with adequate security feature should be available like many reputed etailers. more

No improvement of cleanliness. It has become worst in train. In station somewhat improved. Regarding Tatkal only we use to get tension only without success. Totally bogus. more
