Thousands of international flights will ensure repeat of 2020

I can’t understand why Localcircles is having to do this survey again and why isn’t Government listening to stagger international flights.

Anyone remember 2020, COVID situation was messed up in Europe and China and India kept its flights open for 3-4 weeks. Same is being repeated this year. We are inviting deltacron and other variants at a time when India is doing well.

Those same Indians do not travel internationally and don't care if you never see the family or do business internationally. This idea of stopping international travel will hurt India and eventually citizens. Please stop pushing this craziness.
Do you want that the nation should close down everything indefinitely? Than you start blaming the government for every issue that goes against your leading a comfortable life, deteriorated GDP, inflation and high living costs, unemployment, non-availability of essential commodities and so on and so forth. Are you sure that had our nation closed down all its international boundaries 3 weeks earlier in 2020, our nation would have been Covid free? We have developed a habit of blaming the government for everything rather than appreciating for the good works done!
I agree. Except cargo, for the moment flights, all international and domestic, could be staggered. Not, banned, but staggered. Domestic, one may travel long haul by train. This will also help the environment. Environmental concerns are usually made out with the future, but given how rapidly climate change is happening, we could do so now, as about half of all living species in the last 50 years have gone extinct.
Do you not care what happens to people and people of the country if you push this craziness?
Why don't we just close down everything, sit at home twiddling our thumbs, watch TV etc etc etc. This `ban everything' propaganda is getting too much now.
This lingar is going on for now for more than 2 years & hence we have to live with this covid following strictly protocols. We need to appreciate that economy has to thrive on for which normal activities must happen and we need to be part of that but will all precautions. So by simply banning movement of flights will not help. Let us think judiciously and arrive at our prudent decisions.
