Threatening a govt officer for his personal gains
Please tell me if somebody is threatening a government officer to implicate him in a false case to get him terminated from his govt. service and the matter is proved in the court that the person is trying to implicate the officer in false case because of his vicious intentions.
What is the minimum and maximum punishment for such vicious person.

First study the Indian constitution if you are not a law graduate. Position is immaterial but constitution is the base for all decisions. more

It is a crime. With permission of your Authority you can lodge the complaint with Local Police. more

Knowledge transfer in IT companies place a major role while the new comers are taking charge in the new seat. But the problem started when their was a communication cab and ego in teaching the new comer. the IT companies started creating document for every seat work so as to intimate the new comer about the responsibilities. For eg., when I joined government sector their was meeting in the collector office so as to check whether the right person has received the OBC certificate or not. Only after that meeting confirmation letter for OBC certificate was given to the administration department where I need to report. After the letter reached the office I was given joining date. i.e., only after conducting one to one meeting with me the letter was sent to the concern department through post. The meeting was held for SC/ST too. The comment return by the interviewer was kept secret from the person who came for meeting. If the successive collectors and Tasildhar's were not told about the procedures then they might do mistakes. more

so far in this histroy of govt service there is no question of dismissal for example in mr.lallu prassad yadav when the minsiter foudn corrupt without official support no politican can swindle but in supreme court so far they have not punished single govt officials as such for govt officials there is no accountability and no integrity and no honesty and no punishment only when they enter into govt service retirement is only course after retirement pension and death so no punishment and for what ever the corruption he had done in this karma bhoomi he get diseass and suffer so when person is corruption his death is natural is my observation more
