Timeliness of Trains - Issues & Root Causes
Dear All,
(1) Mentality----The mentality of the Guard, those putting luggauge in the luggauge van, and railway people as such is lethargic, unaccountable, so, we need to change the metality of the railway staff , top to bottom. Only then things can improve.
(2) To get the votes, netas have got so many trains on tracks that it is difficult to adher to time, as even if one train is late due to some reason, there is a chain reaction and others get late.
(3) When the late train comes on the platform, the ones on time are stopped on outer and get late.

Dear Rly Minister; It is my pleasure to share few things abt railways. Most imp. is cleanness in train and stations b'coz maintainance is very bad when we travel in sleeper it is so bad that rat ; cockroaches are moving around it looks like hell. Seats were so dirty to lay down and food in RLY is very bad and they are minting money and no way value for what we pay. In passenger train many people travel with out tickets and people carry liquor. Some passengers drink and smoke in trains . Police were leaving them taking bribe. These are the points making RLY in loss. I suggest that issue pre paid cards in rly to avoid ticket less travel and bribe. more
