Sri TV Krishnamurthy is absolutely Correct .Consumer Court ; Family Court ; like , are the better reliefs to Courts and even the Citizen . Including the issue of Corruption in public administration , there shall be 3 or 4 thoughtful Courts for Speedy Justice as well as the due concern of Technicality , Real Facts , and Naturally compelled/ planned issues . Judiciary should transfer some matters to other institutions. For example testamentary cases for administration of legacy should be done by financial institutions as then the administrator is more reliable and transparent. Family members cheat weaker members if they administer legacy assets. If arespondent does NOT appear in court in such cases it is because the respondent is advised by other family members OR intimidated by petitioner. Once administration is awarded the petitioner cheats. more

The remedy is , make them accountable. Time is now and let the Judiciary system be totally revamped. They must understand that they are citizen of this country with no extra right or privilege. more

Police and Lawyers shall discharge their oath of promise ; Judiciary shall avoid more then 3 adjournments and confine justice delivery based on the Documentary Evidences and affidavits . If any case is proved as intentional and unlawful , there shall be punishments at the Courts of appeal . more
