Tips for Healthier Summer

Keep flies away: The nastiest side of summers is unhygienic food. Houseflies can just ruin the food you cooked for fruits you cut. So, to keep those flies away from your food, use lemon and cloves. All you need to do is just cut the lemon into halves, poke eight to ten cloves into it and keep it on your dining table. No flies will attack your meal and you'll get a refreshing fragrance as well.

Drink more but not just water: Your body is comparatively more active in summers than in any other season. One needs to keep the body refreshed and lively. To keep yourself going and active, add some extra nutrients in your diet. Add more Vitamin-C and antioxidants in your diet as the requirement of water swells during summers and you can't just survive on water all the time. Drink juices, health drinks and inculcate the habit of eating, fruits and vegetables daily.

Say goodbye to tanning- The biggest summer apprehension for most of us is tanning. But wait! Have you ever tried this hack before to get rid of tanning? No? Do it now. Mix two tablespoon of papaya with one teaspoon honey and one egg white. Apply the pack on your face and neck and keep it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and enjoy the summery glowing skin.

Get smooth and beautiful hair: Try these natural hair products for healthy and bouncy hair. Ditch chemical hair products and prefer homemade, natural hair products. Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight and mix it with sour yoghurt next morning. Apply the mixture on your scalp and rinse after an hour.

Reduce the temperature of your house: Yes, you can do that. All you need is plenty amount of water. Just cover the roof with water during the morning time and you can control the temperatures inside during the day. Though it requires ample amount of water, which is not very much promising all the time but no one can refuse to go along with the idea when the sun gives no mercy.

Must have food stuff in summer:
Do you remember your granny's remedies which she used to strive to make keep you protected form the hot weather? Here are a few of them-
1. Have raw onion to stay secluded
2. Aam Panna could be the yummiest of all
3. Water based vegetables and fruits (Watermelon, strawberries, orange, cucumber, green cabbage, red cabbage) more

For LAW AND ORDER n south delhi the most important things needed to be done are Formulate groups of ladies or of senior men of same colony who can walk in the colony or market together as a GROUP. This activity enhances confidence to correct eve teasing , general indiscipline , creates cooperation from beat officers of police , general shunting off of the drug peddlers who are disguising themselves as drivers or conductors of buses parked , reduces pedestrian tress passing through a colony regularly. So think for a while WALKING TOGETHER else then in morning has its BIG REWARDS ....without even doing much about LAW n ORDER.... more
