Receipt of the meal offered is also not made available unless asked for and followed up . more
Point 4 is not relevant as they charge for extra things now. Like 2 extra roti u pay 30 rupees more
8 point is more often seen as badding providing person ask for tips but no body forced giving complusary tip. But it is a trend by which they earn money and making the statement that contractors are not paying them correctly otherwise no body like bagging or tip. more
Will the railways go on asking for feed backs from the passengers endlessly or initiate some pro-active actions in this regard to give some relief to the bonafide passengers ? Since last three & half years it is going on asking for the feed backs endlessly without taking any proactive actions to bring in the desired improvements. Is it not some kind of eye washing to make the common man fools? more
All the 9 points above are correct. However, what is wrong in paying tips to a person if you are getting satisfactory service? While many of us pay Rs. 10 to a beggar who does not do any thing for you but while it comes to paying to a person who worked for you why complain? Sit in a good restaurant and pay Rs.80 for a cup of coffee and leave a tip of 15% is acceptable to many but eat a full meal for Rs.80 and give Rs.5 as tips is painful. Thinking needs to change. more
