To have an earlier final-hearing in Supreme Court
I am petitioner of an SLP before Supreme Court of India filed in 2010. SLP was accepted against an incomplete judgement in LPA 1304 of 2009 filed before Patna High Court. Supreme Court set up one man commission to look into the prospects within 6 month. Unfortunately it took three and half years to submit its report. The bench of Supreme Court fixed a date of hearing which later put on back date. A new date of hearing was announced later. This date of hearing has been revised three times earlier. We are afraid; the date of hearing would again be revised. Sometimes earlier it has been seven times revised and updated. The date after date and date goes on. Neither the order of the Patna High Court is being followed nor has the Supreme Court issued any direction as yet. The matter is related to service condition. Court knows well the employees are regular and working but has no time to see the plight of employees who are not being paid salaries since last seven years. What is to aspect from the Supreme Court when it behaves below a lower court? What is required to oblige the court to have a final hearing; as our sustenance is at stake? more
