to stop bribe in govt deptts.
If govt. will give all facility and good salary to the employee. Then we can ask them, for what they are taking risk of their job. AAP should good work in such a way, so that no one get suffer neither employee nor public.

One of the reasons a common man offer bribe to Government Officials is that our rules and requirements as per law are not people friendly. If I have to get a driving license, I am done.... I need to produce so many documents that I am left with no other option than to bribe the official and get the job done. Why do I need to prove myself an Indian all the time. If I have got a job in Delhi and have shifted from some other place in India.. Have I done a crime... Then why cannot I get a license made in Delhi We need to change the system and make it people friendly so that government officials cannot victimize a common man. On the contrary the law should be so strict that people should have fear within them before they breach them. more

As I had said earlier that I myself worked in Govt. and the salary we get is more than sufficient to live comfortably without taking bribe. Bribe money is spent mostly on drinks and enjoyment and it is not spent on family. There should be a separate cell in each department where we can anonymously (without disclosing our identity) complain by email or phone about corrupt officials, agents, bribe givers. This cell should be manned by honest and helpful officials (Each department has a few such officials and everybody knows about them). Each complaint should be investigated and severe action should be taken. I have some ideas on public transport and women's safety in buses. At present conductors/drivers are not bothered if women's seats are occupied by males and women are harassed in other ways. This should change and conductors and drivers should be made more responsible to ask people to vacate women's seats. If checking staff finds men sitting on women's seats, they should fine the male passenger and conductor and driver minimum Rs. 100 each. This should be written boldly in prominent places in buses and bus stops and given wide publicity.Each complaint more

The people who would like to get some unlawful job done from these officials would continue to bribe them. The efforts need to be put to such people who are getting such unlawful activities accomplished to also need to be punished. The law abiding citizens need to be vigilant on such activities and host such activities on public domain. more

Govt officials are getting sufficient salary. Its only the mindset that needs to be changed. Plus the fear of being caught taking bribe & punished severely more
