My friends wife was alloted in 1998 7200 sqft of land by one plantations at nallur village redhills..puzal ,Ponneri tq,thiruvallur dist ,Chennai....for the investment she made with them out of her pf savings.she received a notice then from madras collectrofrate to pay addl.stamp duty under sec47A and she copied with that after due inspection by the depth collector from madras collectrate give fair valuation,doc credibility etc and the deficiency in stamp duty was paid through RBI madras.,and a pucca fence was put up.duevto her husband's occupation she has to go out of Chennai for years.
Now when she visited that place she could find only 30 feet of dich in and around 10 acres including her land..unauthorized quarry has been allowed to operate raping the virgin soil,takingaway all the Red soil,white rich pebbles,etc etc using pokrine machines.An EC was applied at Redhills and to her surprise the land is still in her name,but no land to build her house in 30feet deep?She applied patta twice at the Ponneri taluq and no reply.the vos office,taluk office,the RDO office ,Thiruvallur collectorate..are all TIGHT LIPPED about these Illegal quoreyying.....Can anybody guide her to get alternate land from the state govts,since the the entire administration failed in their duty to prevent illegal quoarrying using giant machines before their eyes and the land registered after paying sec 47A dues.
Any other remedy possible since she acquired out of her PF the above land!?
