To the cell on legal advisory - With all your legal documents you should issue a legal notice to the concern authorities to recover your land or get back your money with interest. If no settlement is received within the stipulated time you may file a case against them in the court of law to get your money back.

Srinivasa Narayananji, first and foremost thing is that I am not a retd judge and I am retd as Training Manager from central government in Hyderabad. You may put your case in the facebook to get some help from the advocates who serve you better without demanding any kind of advance in this issue. You may also contact the media for help. Is there any limitation period ? And happy to note that Honble retd judge Sudalai Mani ji is giving constructive legal ideas to solve....more people can participate....I have more cases from affected seniors and some youngsters also to be solved....one by one I shall present ...I am also a senior 69yrs more

Sudalai Mani ji, thanks,...some more inputs I will give...the plantation plot promotor co is no more..their sistor,brothers cos,are in MadrasHc attachments....more over can my friends wife send a legal notice to govt,dist thasildhar,dist RDO,and dist collector,Registration dept,...the documents are pucca with nil EC for 20 years till date,but noPartts(katha),...where to approach for effective legal service?..present yonger&middle aged advocates&even some senior advocates expects %in advance...where to go?since she has already been an affected party?....suppose can any judge\advocate take up this issue and all the xoxcopies of documents can be provided with original verifications...anybody can highlight..she approached some hc legal cell and got the reply you have failed to protect ur land....if this is the reply how to protect lands from illegal mining\illegal red sand qurring mafias....she is afraid that the above mafias may have political, police,local admins support for years....and don't wish to risk her life... But her issue \this should not be ignored..... All suggestions are welcome...since may people may be there throughout the nation with similar problems! more
