Sir,
After serving 11.5 Years in Central PWD and later with 28 years in Airports Authority of India at various places and more than 5 years in NEFA (North East Frontier Agency - now Arunachal Pradesh. But so far I am not receiving any pension to survive my remaining period of life.
Will anybody help me to receive my pension and gratuvity for my service with Central PWD, which is more than 10 years to receive pro - rata pension and retirement gratuvity. Before joining AAI,I have received NOC No Objection Certificate from Central PWD.

Mr. Menon should approach the respective authorities by registered letters endorsing copies to the Union Ministers - ( employment) and the High Court of the state where you had rendered your services, as well to the Supreme Court with all enclosures for their early redressal. Also send copies of this communication to your respective employers. more

You were in a good periods of service under Employment Rules . In private Sector , the pension rules will not apply to company to company separately for its application and the over all period will be taken for consideration . Where as in the Government , it is to be found-out from the Service Rules whether the pension applicability will entile a person serving in another govt. or quasi government for pension payments while he so in service . The second point is that whether the Airports Authority of India has the facility of pension and whether the service of PWD is considered or separated . Even in either case , the The Airports Authority of India for your rendered Post do carry the facility of pension . These 2 informations will route for the best to approach the both or , the second one if it covers please . more

BOTH MTNL AND BSNL NEED URGENT ATTENTION. THIS MUST BE THE PART OF REFORM AGENDA OF NDA. BOTH THE COS ARE HAVING SUBSTANTIAL HIDDEN VALUE IN REAL ESTATE. GOVT NEED TO EXPLORE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF THESE COS. WORKING OF THESE COS NEED TO BE IMPROVED IN LINE WITH PRIVATE PLAYERS. THIS IS AN ESTABLISHED FACT THAT THESE COS ARE HAVING ROTTEN INFRA WHICH NEED TO BE UPGRADED. THIS IS IMPORTANT KEEPING IN VIEW THE ENTRY OF RELIANCE JIO IN THIS FIELD AND EXPECTED TO GIVE TOUGH COMPETITION TO BSNL/MTNL. more
