I came back from the UK in 1988 and ever since I have seen nothing but deterioration in the civic sense amongst us all. Also the only way we follow rules is either there is a economic benefit in it or the law ACTUALLY punishes our disobedience. As the law here is not implemented we all don't see a reason to obey it . Left to ourselves we will not obey the law -- 14 crore traffic violations a day in NCR !!!. I think we should start teaching our children ( and grandchildren ) these values so that when they grow up they take responsibility for their actions and have better civic sense.
