Together We Can =Pollution of All Kinds Needs Action from Citizens and The Government

Entirely agree with the posts on this group. Can the Government BAN all Religious LoudSpeakers. It applies to all without malice or hate. We respect everyone's right to worship but do not spoil it for the others.
Vehicles- ODD/EVEN DOES NOT WORK. Trucks Limitation does.
FIRECRACKERS- Despite Ban how come ? Strict Police Policy and Fines needed. Our Society now understands ONLY REWARDS AND PUNISHMENT. SAD BUT TRUE. No Self Regulation or Governance.
RED LIGHT JAMS - Caused because NO ONE WANTS to obey the TRAFFIC SIGNS. WHY. NEED MORE POLICE.
IF OUR GOVERNMENT WOULD INVEST IN MORE POLICE FORCE TO DISCIPLINE THE GROWING NEO RICH AND ARROGANT POPULATION, WE MAY BE A DEVELOPED NATION ONE DAY AND FOLLOWING RULES WILL SLOWLY BECOME A HABIT more

When developed Countries can follow these rules and punishments, then what prevents us? more
Citizens voluntary following the stipulated rules will bring the change more
Citizens' voluntary cooperation and involvement is most important in such matters. more
Regarding traffic rules, why do people break traffic rules? short on patience, need to reach somewhere in a hurry, or speed thrill. How can money be a deterrent to these? Hence breaking traffic becomes "cheaper", combine it with the ease of fine payments - online or 'settlement'. If the fine is in the form of root cause, it will act as deterrent. Instead of fine with money, the person breaking the traffic rule must be given a charge to manage traffic for 15-30 mins. If there are many people breaking traffic, there would be many 'volunteers' to manage traffic. In this process, they would learn how miscreant they were when they broke traffic and also be afraid of wasting more time for some haste. more
