1.Toilets in railway is still of worse quality(even in AC coaches) and not at all usable by any hygine loving person (specially women)..Shouldn't it be of first priority to provide hyginic and cleanest toilets before any other service improvements. Touch free water taps and flush should be provided....Heavy fine by the attendants should be implied on offenders.. 2. Need surely touch free bigger dustbins of high quality in every coach. more
Every 3T and Ac compartment should have a Western Toilet on either side of the compartment. Particularly for use of Sr. Citizen and for Ladies the use of Western toilets can be washed to be much less infectious. The Western Toilets should be on the Left side as one approaches the toilets and with hand spray. At present there is 1 Western on the Right side. With the Hand Spray on the left. Many Western are with Tumbler tied with short chains on left side. more
I have two Railway Complaint numbers. I send complaint / feed back as when required. I receive acknowledgements almost immediately. However rarely do we get prompt action. Mostly only an useless acknowledgment even though we travel mostly by Duranto. We should be informed of an email 'id' with complaint number to give a feed back, in case of lack of action taken on the train for: dirty toilet, Leaking taps, lack of water, Light or electricity water, even super cooling of Ac compartments etc. There should be investigation on every case in case of lack of action whether message was conveyed to the requisite person and what action was taken by the Supervisor on station or train. I am sure you would get good feed back if the avenues are provided. more
Toilets are usually dirty.More attention needed for improving this. As for seat allocation is concerned I do agree few lower birth seats must be kept reserved for persons above the age of 65 yrs and disabled persons more
If not touch free atleast push from front button limited water supply tap is a must...(the push from.down taps which are installed currently in the coaches is a shame on hygine) more
