TOILETS ON TRAINS
There is one more aspect requiring attention.
If one squats over the Indian type of toilets or stands for urinating, a person gets rollicked forward and backward and loses balance. This happens because the compartment sways sideways and therefore one cannot keep his physical poise. This is one of the reasons why people tend to use the toilets while the train is at a platform in spite of the notices on display. On the contrary, a person standing at a wash basin in the train would never lose balance because the legs help to counter the swinging effect by transferring the weight from one leg to the other.
If only the toilets are turned by 90%, people, including ladies and kids can happily and with assurance use the toilets.
I request the authorities to actually experience what I have mentioned and give a thought.
