Too many Delhi Govt ads

Half of the news paper today are full of Delhi Govt ads with chief ministers photo. This is putting public money to bad use. Same thing was being done by central Govt around Lok Sabha elections with PMs photo.

Public’s hard earned money is being used for election campaigns like this. Can the election commission please step in and create some rules. more

Utter waste of Public money , rather Tax Payers , running into Lakhs on daily full page meaningless ads. Wish Kejriwal had used even even half that amount in useful Community development activities. Surely he is not so dumb, even if he entered IIT on "quota" , to figure out that his ads don't impress us in any witch way and if he is addressing it to the less privileged then they do not subscribe to English media papers !! more
That is all about his(AAP) contributionin the past about four years . enjoying public money . a big natakbaj . more
Yes,it was never been like this, it was just started a couple of years before, no one really knows the true impact of such scheme and claim. Election Commission had been perhaps sleeping well, never bothered to cross check it. It's an unhealthy practice continued hugely before election. Why there shouldn't be any norm for such wastage of public money? Let's move all to put a dot on it. more
This money shall be used for development of Delhi he will get vote automatically, this money can build hundreds of small one room set flats for poor, it can be used to feed thousand of people daily and other unlimited purposes. more
It is obnoxious and sheer waste. He is using public money irresponsibly. Sadly, the ruling party at the centre is not far behind. They have a much larger budget for this and hence bigger impact on the coffer. So, he is trying to compete with them in this act, foolishly. This act is not new to them. He and his deputy have been doing the same on FM channels, a couple of years back when they just acquired the power seat. A long promotional advert after every two songs. and big hoardings in every nook and corner. If at all he wants to blow his trumpet, which is understandably required in the politics to let people know whatever little they are doing, he can use much smaller ads, single ad with multiple messages and do away with his photograph. People are watching and they understand. He will lose the public support he is getting. They themselves are the Law-makers, hence, will not make/pass any such bill or law which restricts them in carrying out such an insane and idiotic act. more
