Toothbrush Hygiene Tips
Even after all these precautions, your toothbrush will reach its time. Here is when you should absolutely go for a change:
Change your toothbrush if the bristles are frayed or clumped, and don't serve any purpose.
Change your toothbrush after you get well from a sickness. You would not want to fall sick again soon.
Change your toothbrush if anyone, even a healthy person, used it by mistake. Shared bacteria are the worst.
Other than all this, you should change your toothbrush after every two months for hygiene reasons. more
