Topmost Priority should be given to doubling of tracks, particularly Mumbai- Chennai. It really cannot be imagined why it was neglected so many years. The fastest train on this route takes 24 hours, whereas it takes 40-50 % less time in other routes, considering the distances.
Every compartment should have instructions not to throw things out of train(whole of India is not dustbin). Provision for storing waste and collection at stations should be made a regular process.
Also all instructions should be displayed in compartments.

Beggars should not be allowed inside the train. Instead, railway should appoint them for cleaning purpose... So that they may get employment and support.. more

The railway route between mumbai and chennai needs to be improved. There is no duronto or any fast train between these two metro. Even going to Bangalore by train takes around 24 hours. Now buses are a better alternative for travelling to Bangalore. Railway should make efforts to improve this track. more

You are right. CST_Mas route is most neglected metro route. This and GT L_SBC route s shd be doubled and electrified at the earliest. more
