Total cases to cross 4 Million by Sept 4

And we will be achieving these milestones per statistical analysis.

5M - Sept 15-16
6M - Sept 25-26
6.5M - Sept 30

And by end of October we will be at 8M and 15M by end of dec unless something different is done. At that stage we will have no option but to lockdown the whole country for January and February if we want to fix things.

Like to hear from all members if they know of another better solution.

Your localcircles surveys majority predicted 8M by Dec 2020. We will be double of that. more

We may have to take leaves from the books of those countries that did very well in controlling. Also, people have to follow rules and take all precautions. more
Anyone can play this senseless game of projecting past trend into future and predict the date on which 137 crore Indians would all be infected by Covid-19. Happily, it does not work that way. more
in fact what is needed is that the guidelines issued by the MHO must be implemented/followed strictly by the local administration. It is,at least in Jodhpur, that three persons on a bike can be seen at any traffic point, without mask and without helmet can be seen at any traffic point. No doubt there are traffic police personals are available on these points but no action. This is causing the community spread. This situation may lead to a high risk in the months to come. more
After getting 8M CASES you want lockdown ? what will you achieve ? Already we are in community transmittion stage. What was expected from this nakara government, we have got . So let face the concequence. We can be relieved only we will achieve hard immunity and the total cases will be more than 10 crores. That's all. more
It was shocking to see on National TV yesterday (25th. August) thousands of teenagers and students in their 20's gathered near their schools and col ledges awaiting the decisions to appear for exams. Not a single person including parents and teachers had a mask on. This is ridiculous situation, faculty and parents did not wear masks also, plus they were all shoulder to shoulder, sitting or standing in ques. Where is the social distancing? There was no security or police around the campus, in all the centers that were being broadcasted. To end this pandemic or to even flatten the curve drastically, what is needed is the military to monitor the key metro cities, to ensure that masks and social distancing is maintained. more
