Tourism refund
We have booked a holiday in Dandeli (Karnataka ) online and had to cancel due to floods. Our booking was via Hampi which is offically flooded and tourists are being rescued via helicopters.
Now the Dandeli guy is refusing our refund.
Could this be pursued as a possible consumer fraud?
We have google pay (UPI) transaction details and whatsapp chat history but this person gave us no receipt. more

Firstly you should find out cancellation policy of the concerned company. They may or may not entertain any refund solely on humatarian ground. more
