Toxic Foam in Yamuna
Helpless devotees on the occasion of Chhath were forced to offer prayers by immersing themselves in the toxic foam. Is there a plan to clean it up? This is on kalindi kunj side.

This is not mockery Mala Ji. These are symptoms of ensuing elections of Legislative Assembly. Political parties understand that by providing relief to lady voters they would get vote of ladies, by providing free electricity, they would get votes from lower middle class families, by enforcing Odd-Even they could justify they could justify their efforts against pollution even if ladies and two wheelers are not under the purview of Odd-Even; as if their is no emission from their vehicles, they could allure Sikh votes by providing relaxation upto 13.11.2019 in Odd-even. Who cares for infrastructure, permanent solution to improve AQI, Roads and sanitation? But they understand that they would get majority by these measures. Lage Raho Munna Bhai. more

Both govt. Including CPCB , NGT are failed to control Pollution in yamuna. Ye sab dhokebaz department ab dilli sealing , private car ke piche pad gaye taqi court main apna chehra dikha sake ki humne bahut bahduri ka kaam kiya hai....sabse pehle govt. department ke officers aur workers ki chatni karo aur nikkame aur bhrast logo ka pichwada laal karke bahar nikalo fir capable aur mehnati yuvao ko saath lekar kaam karo tabhi yamuna saaf hogi.... jai hind more

11th and 12th are not odd even days for celebration of GuruPurab. This is not mockery but secularism. imagine odd-even during navratris or diwali. thousands were not able to immerse themselves in clean holy water. your comments have given you the answer. crores of us believe in immersing ourselves in our rivers but we want our rivers to be clean. Jab sabhi paap Ganaga me dhoyenge to Ganga kaise pavitra rahegi. Problem is we all want action to reduce pollution but from the other person not ourselves. better is to have small man made ponds and pray to them. Durga and ganesha idols were not immersed in Yamuna river this year. instead small ponds were constructed. time has come to make mud idols which are easily dissolved in water once put on ground and sprayed with water. more

Dear Si, aap fir Hindu Festival ke piche pad gaye , aap jese budhijivi ko sirf hindu festival se hi allergy hai ... Hindu festival sirf 1 ya 2 din ka hota hai usme air/ water / sound sirf usi din badta hai... kintu tum logo ko saal bhar ka poolution nahi nazar aata , kya ye hi secularism hai ki , hamesha hindu hi secrifice kare aur baki community mauz le ... Dear pollution ki jad hindu festival nahi balki plastic, colour dyes, furnace fuels burning, traffic , over population, AC and refrigerated gases, fire of parali ,etc hai .... jab koi hal nahi nazar aata to hindu festival ya private car ko pakad lo aur karo de danadan sealing ... Let us make Pollution whether water/air/sound as a national mass movement issue so that all the parties wake up to this serious and hazardous health issue and not make a mockery of it like Khejriwal's Poll Plank more
