Toxic Foam in Yamuna

thick layer of toxic foam was seen floating on the surface of the river Yamuna in Delhi see attached. Pollution has taken over the skies and lungs as well as the river in Delhi. Baaki physical and mental health has surrendered to Covid.

If no one cares, why the heck should we pay all the 5 taxes we pay. more

Because we are all C more
you are right more
Political parties discuss and discuss but implimentation in negligible.Govt shows alertness when pollution goes high but than back to zero.Spray of water could keep the pollution control. It is high time the pollution need to be on top priority for concern of Delhites health. more
Perhaps solutions will begin to emerge when citizens realise that officials in the administration and representatives in parliament and the highest offices of our country, are not our "bosses" and we start to keep them in their place and accountable to us, because we pay our taxes!! more
Right. But its publics' mistake which keeps them on head with sycophacy. Hardly ppl question the leaders or take steps to make them responsible. Both political & administrative system ppl. more
Not paying taxes is not the solution. The only solution is to elect a government that does work and does not simply spend money on Ads on multiple TV channels. more
Once elected, we are bound to suffer for 5 yrs. I can't find any front or field where this Govt has done something. Only politics & anti Center. One thing they r good in is bluffing & lollypops to some. The worst Govt ever Delhi in history. Not paying taxes option is though genial & likable, but hardly possible due to unity. more
Political parties only to build their position in governing the public. They don't care about public health. Need only power and money. Only in India, it will happen like this way. All Delhiites are drinking the Yamuna water. How many are sick due to pollution and contaminated water usage. Any politicians care these issues more
