There is no doubt that this is the first requirement for the city to be known as smart city. Apparently public will to live in smart city is the supreme requirement because it is the public which have to like discipline, and dislike many privileges like desire to occupy public land, care to maintain public drainage system, produce less garbage and jumping of red lights etc. Presently there is a big gap between people opting for smart city and people lacking of will to adopt required changes for smart city. Let us keep the thought alive and wait a little more
