Traffic light in sector 44

Hi Mayuri, The light at the crossing of Sector 44 is a mess; I agree with you. Therefore, let us find the least expensive and most easily implementable solution that integrates SSI of Sector 44 and the adjoining sectors on to a common platform. There is a real need for "Zipper Lanes" in India to maintain the flow of traffic in peak hours and to instill a fresh mindset on the road that prevents the macho menace of "I ought to be ahead of the rest or; I can fit through that very small gap between two cars." Zipper Lanes have been effectively implemented in many other parts of the world and the traffic moves along without incident. People adhere to traffic rules, because the enforcement agencies are tough on the laws. Our traffic marshals are lacking in the art of Traffic Management Engineering, so their enforcement causes bottlenecks and delays.
