Training of restaurant staff
Turns out that the lady server there to service our order fast, took the plastic icrecream container and put it in the microwave.
After 1.5 minutes when I saw her taking container out, she said this is how we always do it.
This must be happening across the country in restaurant kitchens and when plastic gets heated, cancerous fumes are generated.
FSSAI needs to take lead role in stopping this and creating educational awareness. more
