Training of restaurant staff
FSSAI must introduce courses that are online on the subject of handling food. Recently I was at the jaypee hotel in greater noida and we asked them for the icecream.
Turns out that the lady server there to service our order fast, took the plastic icrecream container and put it in the microwave.
After 1.5 minutes when I saw her taking container out, she said this is how we always do it.
This must be happening across the country in restaurant kitchens and when plastic gets heated, cancerous fumes are generated.
FSSAI needs to take lead role in stopping this and creating educational awareness. more

Sneha the art of making food and the service of the same are two different aspects. To provide service the person needs to join the service delivery class at the hotel management institutes where they teach all these aspects besides also teaching catering, housekeeping etc. Few things like law, catering, pilot course etc. cannot be provided online ..even if they are provided I shudder to think what would be the outcome more

such training will be helpful to some extent. hotels also can hire the trained. Hope some improvement. more

Sh. Babu the online training on these areas would not have the appropriate training .....those who want to join the hotel industry (there are several verticals in hotels ) they should join and graduate from good institutes. If one wants to provide good products to customers they should be good at the job of doing it. more
