Transfer of assets to kins process very corrupt

We saw this very true LocalCircles survey in times yesterday in Delhi and I pulled up full report on google

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/inheritance-issues-survey

This is very true and we in the circle should form a core team that will work on getting single window system created for asset transfers in case of inheritance matters.

Right now courts patvaris land record depts everyone harasses citizens more

This is one of the area, where we have Rampant Corruption. more
Raise a petition on Change.org in addition to raising it in Local Circles. more
As per my experience this is happening due to the fact that all revenue / land record is kept as secret documents. As a result, very difficult to get the information. Due to this secrecy local revenue officer gets the chance to earned undue money. For this the Govt State/central should make the land records public by way of booklet and net. more
I concur with Sri Ramesh Bhagwat and the madam. If the Local circles survey is even reproduced in print, the matter would have reached law ministry. We need to exert periodically pressure on Local Circle officials. more
Connected lawyers lead to more corruption. Ordinary citizen has to either pay money or represent self having basic knowledge of law. Why do we not have basic law and banking as subjects at school level ? more
