Transfer of funds
I worked in a company which is a exempted trust and later joined in another company having been with EPFO. I resigned with this company too. I am not working anywhere now. How do i have to transfer my funds with former one to later one, as I do not have any employer now. more

As you are no more employed , apply to the first employer for with drawl of pf amt lying with them. Same way fill up reqd form and submit to pf office for withdrawl stating you are not employed for past six months and will not be employed any more more

You dont have to Xfer if you are not working now. You can fill Form 13 and get past employers (one form per employer) and send it to PF office. there are some requirements towards your bank account details etc to be filled. it will take about 3 months time but if you enter all details and get your prev employee to sign it, you should get your money more

If it is trust account you may forward form 13 transfer form thro your existing employer mentioning two account number one is for trust account PF and another account number for Pension fund. You fillit up with relevant details for submission to your existing pf office. The proceeds may transfer to your present account of PF office maintained by existing employer. Or they will for ward the cheque to the existing employer office again they have to submit this with a covering letter to the pf office.
