Transfer of PF Money after switching job

Hello PF Experts

I left my previous employer in 2013. My PF deductions were maintained by the employer's trust and not EPFO. After joining the new company, my new PF account was created with EPFO K R Puram, Bangalore. I initiated PF account money transfer request. My previous employer sent a DD (I have details) to the EPFO in K R Puram. My current employer said it may take 12-18 months for the money to show up in my account with EPFO. But it didn't happen. I raised online grievance which was closed by the EPFO saying that I need to provide the cheque details along with Annexure K. I have the details of the payment made but can anyone suggest what is Annexure K and how to get it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Annexure K contains the details of yearly contributions such as, pf contributions of employee and employer more
Dear Mr. Shishir Kant, I am just wondering why an employee has no right to a response from EPFO. EPFO is being managed through contribution from employees and employer and the employee should have right to seek redressal to his complaint. Right to redressal is the basic right to every citizens. I will still be interested in educating myself as to under which circumstances, the employee has no right to response from EPFO. more
Very valueable information dear members. Thanks. more

Thanks a lot for your valuable comments. I will start with asking my ex-employer the Annexure K and hopefully that should solve the matter. more
