TRANSFER OF RAILWAY TICKET
IT IS NOW UNDERSTOOD THERE ARE HURDLES IN TRANSFERING EVEN OUR CHILDRENS TICKET TO THEIR PARENTS, A WRITTEN CIRCULAR WAS SHOWN BY THE COUNTER WOMEN, THAT ONLY IF THE CHILD GIVES THE APPLICATION, TRANSFER WILL BE CONSIDERED. THAT MEANS PARENTS WHO ARE REMOVING THEIR CHILDRENS TICKET, HAVE TO BE DEPENDEND ON THEIR CHILDREN.
I FEEL, THAT IF ANY OF TRAVELLER IN THE TICKET MAY GIVE THE APPLICATION MUST BE ACCEPTED, SECONDLY, WHILE IN THE TRAIN ALSO, ANY SUCH CASES ARE THERE, THAN THE TICKET CHECKER SHOULD ORDERED TO TRANSFER THE TICKET TO THEIR PARENTS ON SUBMISSION OF VALID PROOF, SUCH AS AADHAR CARD OR PANCARD- YOGESH V. Railway authority are so sincere about theirs seniors order follow-up like orders and instructions received by DRM central Railway Mumbai Division from Chief of Railway Safety during his visit on Sewri gate no 7 not being implementing even 15;days passed .So anyone can imagine what type of system is in central Railway Mumbai division .Sewri station manager doesn't know what is happening in his nearby area and found busy in reading of free news paper collected daily and take them home however he is very punctual in coming late from home or around 10 AM,going back just before 4 PM and not able to write and speak english with anyone and never visit platform and gate till any incidents took.place .Gate cabin was asked to repair by DRM Den etc and extensions of camera in and outside of gate not yet initiated from anyone .How general public grievance will be looked I am fully confident that just time pass action takes place . It is regretted to write that railway authority only wake up after major incident Then see their promptness after accident how they work really appreciable actually they want to show the work to their superior after the incident and theirs Divisional engineer also see their promptness after incident why these Divisional engineer sleep till the incident took place. If these Division engineer wake before rail fracture and other failure would have been avoided .so All Technical and non technical departments are slag and idle.require to be scewed up from the chief of Railway department. more

Railway employee never shoulder their own responsibility efficiently including officer grades and human rights commission is a great hurdle for entire police force in India. Human right only think about the welfare of individual and never try to see the revers side of culprits hence it make police man a simple man and thus justice can not be brought in country and culprits. take anti advantages of human rights and get free easily and enjoys in front of those policeman . In conclusion Human rights commission should see both the sides of offender otherwise law and order conditions will be worst. more

railways instead of giving further Concessions one by one curtailing such as childrens from 5 years to12years has to pay full fare. better curtail Railway unnecessary expenditure and can be compansated. more
