TRANSFERABLE RAILWAY SEASON TICKETS
Please support in large numbers, the demand for transferable season tickets. After all the government has to be proactive. Why should the season tickets be non-transferable. Are cinema tickets and other tickets not non-transferable ? more

I think members have not understood the idea. It may take time to sink in. I am asking for that facility not only for myself, but for all (Mr.Jayesh gangar please note. How a person becomes corrupt with this demand, only you know, Mr.Gangar ) What I have said is that the season ticket has been paid for. A ticket that has been paid for should be good for travel by anybody. The railway has received money and it does not matter who travels.As it is when we purchase ticket from window, that is good for travel by anybody. The discount on season ticket is also no big charity being done. That is given for the main reason that railways have got assured business for the next 30 days, whether or not the season ticket is used. Even the money is paid in advance and crores of rupees are paid this way to the railways, interest-free. It is no favour done. And look now what is happening. Is it right if the railways indulge in surge pricing ? When the private taxis did it, the government went to court. Why they do it now ? Does it make them corrupt now Mr.Gangar ? But we still have among 150 crore people a few crore who are most vocal and support even this. Luckily, the scheme has so far failed and I hope it fails miserably. more

I think that this is not a genuine demand and need not be considered. Mumbai people will know that the Daily Pass in BEST buses are also not transferable. All of us know how much of misuse happened when this was not so. more

Season Tickets are for people who travel on a daily basis. you want 1 Season tickets for whole family which proves that you are of greedy mind and corrupt . Purchase ticket when u travel why u want 1 season ticket for whole of your damily more
