Transform India With Modi- ------- Corruption / Theft
Till now we have discussed a lot about corruption but no one has spoken about a serious flaw in the traits of indians on the theft of public / utility/civic propertu resulting into thousand of crores of property like:
1. Ticketless travelling in train and money being pocketed by TTE/TTC in train and at pltform respectively.
2. Ticket less travelling in buses.
3. Public encroaching on the govt land.
4. Employee or public stealing govt property .
5. All slum dwellers ,unauthorised colonies and in villages people stealing Electricity by hooking the power lines.
6. Employee/officers/ executives/ netas taking home official equipments /phones/ gadgets /acs /laptops/ LCDs
a) Everthought of lot of such theft do not at all take place in many-2 foreign countries.
b) There is no ticketless travelling in our country also in Metro, then why it can't be stopped in Railway.
c) There is no ticketless travelling in yhe buses anywhere in the world ,perhaps except in SAARC countries .
Why it cant be controlled through a very simple process of installing a turnstile gate which will open only through a stripped ticket or special code by the staff.
d) why can't the Electricity theft be stopped by tranporting the electricity in theft prone area through under ground (U/G) cable or U/G ducting .
d) why can't the officer incharge during whose period encroachment of govt property took place should be held responsible for deliriction of duty and punished .
Now some one may say our rule/regulation /law/ act/ policy, are having lacunas, loopholes, toothless, but how come with same rules/acts/ laws britishers/ Europeans are working honestly without corruption.
So perhaps fault lies with us only, as we are lacking moral values, ethics,loyalty , patritusm, belongingness and commitment to the country. We keep on discussing pseudo secularism to cicumvent all other values. more

Substituting machines cannot build moral values. TRUST builds. It is sickening that we are frisked, we pass through gates and all. Build TRUST and it is possible. We have maany examples. more

Like they watch TV in office? >> Embrace BYOD culture - let the netas bring their own devices to work. >> Isn't removing official property fro office for personal purpose theft? Or, amounting to theft? more
