Transgender proble in Bus stands and in trains

The transgender people are creating problem to the common public in public places like bus stand, cinema theaters and even in running trains. They in general target young men.Suddenly they come from no where and hug the guys and demand money.Even those who are waiting for signal in the road are not spared. The target youth cough up the demanded money to get rid of the embarrassment.Once I was travelling in a train.A bunch of transgenders swarmed around me and demanded money. When I refused they abused me in full public view. The Police and the train officials remained a mute witness.
The Government should take stern action to avoid these kind of misbehavior. On the flip side the Govt do something to educate the transgenders and economically uplift them thro' some contrived scheme. It will not be a bad idea to include them in SC/ST list. This will make sure that they dont come to road and beg and in the process create embarrassment to the public youth.

if you travel in chennai suburban local trains, you have to pay more than double of ticket fare to these transgender. I have paid 20 rupees but the ticket price was just 5 rupees. this is high time to control their menace at the same time to increase the suburban fare decently. What ever the oppostion comes is not from people but by political people who never travel on these trains. more
The problem in our society is disregarding welfare measures. The beggars and transgenders won't have any regard for the Government schemes, which are aimed at their welfare. more
