Transparent assignment of ICU beds needed

Yesterday, one of the senior most surgeons of Rajasthan Dr Dinesh Jindal (attached) passed away from COVID19. He failed to get an ICU bed in time in a COVID facility despite being symptomatic & breathless. In excess of 500 doctors in India have died from COVID19 so far.

Hate to say this but the miserable fact is that irrespective of state/city, most COVID facilities are being occupied by influential or well to do patients with mild/minimal symptoms. As a result, serious patients are being denied ICU beds and they have to run from pillar to post.

We need to ensure that all private and Govt hospitals are disclosing their bed status online and at entry gate without exception. Otherwise common citizen has not chance. more

Death of a surgeon is not simply death of one person, but a great and irrepairable loss to the nation at this critical phase. Can't we keep a few beds reserved only for doctors? more
There are good number of deaths due to non availability of COVID treatment at crucial stage due to shortage of ICU. The arrangements made are not sufficient to meet the requirements. Let there be some more arrangements to meet the demand. more
Really sad . Yet the beds availability list is held close to the chest and not offered to the ones who relly equire on an emergency basis. more

The experienced Cooperative Federalized States of India are not taking lightly the past, present, and future of Covid-19 Carona in India. As per one estimation, carona will not leave the World till 2022 while another estimation projects till 2024 . I've learnt that all the Indian States are in mission mode to defeat the Virus Expanse due to the very truth-some Indian Constitutionality that the Right to Health is embedded in the Right to Life for all in the Cooperative Federalism. In addition, via Cooperative Federalism, the patients can be Air/Ship/Train/Bus-lifted to different States for want of ready-made Equipped-Hospital-Beds (EHB) on a military-action-model basis as much accurately and acceleratedly as possible from one State to a different State or anywhere within interiors of India. Alternatively, using lighter hi-tech materials, Indian can even manufacture on a war-footing , 'Artificial Cabin Units(ACU) incorporating the 'ICU-Features' pre-installed in ACU such as Oxygen , pure-Air , 'Distilled water' , 'Medicinal water' , 'Lungs-Ventilator' , 'Bed' and last but not least important a 'Medical Specific Toilet ( MST) '. These ACUs can be easily flown in from place to place by the Indian Airlines or Chinook Helicopters within no time for emergency patients . You remember from History that the French Commander Napoleon Bonaparte is more famous for his action of throwing away the tea-bags into the Ocean than his defeat at the hands of the English naval Commanders ! more
It's true But the Negligents Creating Artificial Calamity of COVID. The 7 States Accelerating Virus Need to Strictly Organise Isolation and Quarantine. Their Negligence is stirring Nation and Torturing General Public. It is the ISSUE OF MONEY AND SURVIVAL .
Such Individuals and States to Realise even Now . more
Ministers and influencial people should be made to go to Government hospitals. People with minor syptoms should be sent to Govt hospitals for admission and treatment. Heavens are not going to fall if a minister or a bureaucrate could not make it back for their duty after treatment or if a demise occurs. No body is immortal. Aferall how many famous and high-spirited heroes have lived a day too long. In democracy your vote counts. In feudalism your count votes. We are in feudalism that is the reason why people are not aware as to who is really serving the mass and who reap the benefits. V A Sankaran. more
